Stretch-to-fit; unstretched measurements are approximately 22-25" inside and 1/2" to 1" wide.
I am so sorry, my camera does not always depict accurate the most colors, particularly blue/greens. I do my best to adjust my photos to something close to actual.

Sizing details
Depending on the amount of stretch in the yarn(s), a fabric yarn neck piece with a magnetic clasp needs a drop of at least 17-18" to be doubled and worn short. A neck piece without a magnetic clasp needs about 22" or more to be doubled.
Care instructions
My designs are made from T-Shirt yarn and are thus as washable as any new t-shirt. I strongly recommend hand-washing alone in cold water and laying flat to dry to avoid color bleeding and shrinkage.
